Healthy Eating

This program is aimed at helping you to understand diabetes and the healthy eating recommendations for diabetes management.

The Healthy Eating program will cover:

  • healthy eating recommendations for the whole population,
  • the impact of carbohydrate foods on blood glucose levels,
  • understanding food labels, and
  • how to find healthy foods in the supermarket.

This program will take about 20 minutes to complete and consists of videos and a quiz at the end of the program.
